Find a comfortable position, whether sitting on a chair, the floor or lying down and allow your body to settle naturally. Let your hands rest wherever they feel comfortable and gently close your eyes. Now you will take five deep breaths, with each inhale you will be more relaxed, with ease, and calm…

Take a deep breath, feeling the vital energy entering your nose and spreading throughout your body. As you exhale, feel toxins, stress, and negativity leaving your body in the air ……..

Take another deep breath, filling your lungs with healing energy, and then slowly exhal out, allowing all stress and tension to flow out from your body as dark, heavy clouds…….. excellent.

Three more breaths, inhale deeply, inviting natural energy into your body, and then exhale, letting go of toxins, stress, and negativity. …….

Take a deep breath and feel the cosmic energy flowing through your body as you breathe deeply, and with each exhale, visualize dark clouds like negativity releasing and letting go………..

One last time, take a deep long breath, allowing the energy to fill your body. As you exhale, release any lingering toxicity, stress, and negativity, like smoke disappearing into the air……

As you exhale, feel every part of your body, mind, and spirit completely relaxed, calm, and at ease…………..

Pay attention to the top of your head; feel the tingling sensation on your scalp as the blood circulates through the skin. Notice your ears are becoming relaxed and heavy. Feel your eyebrows gently resting downward, and let your forehead become smooth and relaxed…….

Notice your eyelids becoming very heavy; feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed. Allow your jaw and tongue to relax and calm, and your eyes, cheeks, nose, and throat soften. Take a moment to enjoy this wonderful feeling of relaxation………….

Now, shift your focus to your neck. Feel the relaxation starting at the top of your neck and flowing downward. Experience the soothing sensation as your shoulders become relaxed and loose…….

Let your shoulders gently sink below, feeling them become heavy, deeply relaxed, and at ease. Notice your collarbones becoming relaxed as your shoulders move gently back, allowing your chest to widen slightly. Feel the smoothness and relaxation in all the muscles of your shoulders as they completely let go……….

Notice your breathing once again; observe how regular it has become. Keep taking slow, smooth, and deep breaths. Breathe in the feeling of calm and relaxation and breathe out any tension or stress you may still be holding onto. Your breath allows you to become more and more relaxed, deeply relaxed……..

Now, let’s shift attention to your right arm as you sense a soothing wave of relaxation gently cascading down from your shoulder. Keep the focus on your right arm as you sense a gentle wave of relaxation gently cascading down from your shoulders to your right arm. Feel the peace flowing down from your right shoulder, allowing your upper arm, elbow, lower arm, and wrist to become loose and relaxed. …..

Let go of any tension and imagine all the stress and worry gradually draining away your fingertips. Feel the relaxation spreading to your fingertips. Experience the soothing sensation as your right arm becomes completely relaxed…..

Shift your focus to your left arm and feel a relaxing sensation flowing down from your left shoulder, loosening your elbow and wrist. Let go of any tension or stress and release it through your fingertips. Experience the relaxation of your thumb, index finger, middle finger, ring finger, and little finger, as your entire left arm reaches complete relaxation……

Now, shift your attention to your upper back. Feel the relaxation flowing down your spine as you release any tension. Allow your upper back, middle back, and lower back to completely relax and ease……

Now, let your hip muscles relax. Feel the relaxation in your thighs as you let go of any tension. Relax the muscles on the front of your thighs and feel the relaxation in your upper legs flowing down to your knees, calves, ankles, and feet……

Allow all the muscles in your legs and feet to relax and let go completely. Feel the soothing relaxation flowing through your entire body, from the top of your head to the toes of your feet…..

As you exhale, allow yourself to drift into an even deeper state of relaxation. With each breath, every cell, every fiber, and every part of your body mind and soul is completely relaxed and at ease.

Now take a deep breath and imagine, you’re walking on a beautiful mountain path, surrounded by lush greenery. The trees’ branches arch over your path, creating a natural canopy. On one side of the path stands a majestic mountain, while on the other side, a small river flows gently, its waters rippling and glinting in the sunlight. The water seems crystal clear, and you can see colorful pebbles beneath the surface…..

Step into the water and feel the coolness embracing your feet as you move deeper into the gentle stream. The water ripples around your legs, creating a soothing sensation with every step. The riverbed feels smooth beneath your feet, and you find yourself in a state of serene tranquility. The gentle current caresses your skin, guiding you along the path of the river………..

As you dip your hand into the water, you feel its refreshing coolness. The sand beneath your feet is soft and fine, providing a soothing sensation with every step you take……….

As you walk through the water, notice how the sunlight dances on the surface, creating a play of reflections that glisten like scattered diamonds. Each droplet that splashes against your skin adds to the refreshing feeling that envelops you………

Feel the buoyancy of the water supporting you, allowing you to effortlessly glide forward. With every step, you become more attuned to the rhythm of the river, a harmonious melody that resonates with the beat of your heart……..

Your surroundings seem to transform as you continue your journey. The distant mountain seems to watch over you like a guardian, while the trees rustle gently in the breeze, their leaves whispering secrets of the natural world. The river’s melody becomes intertwined with the soft symphony of the forest, creating a serene atmosphere that envelops you…………

with every step, you’re reminded of the interconnectedness of all life. The river flows, the trees sway, and the birds above sing in harmony. You are an essential and integral component of the universe, inseparable from the cosmos.

While you walk, pay attention to the details around you. Notice a small fish playfully nibbling at the hairs on your feet, an unexpected and delightful encounter. The fish’s tiny mouth releases bubbles that tickle your skin as it explores your ankle, leaving you both amused and amazed by this unexpected connection with nature. You try to catch it with your hand, but it swiftly darts away, leaving you with a sense of wonder…….

When you’re ready, walk back to the riverbank. As you step out of the water, you can still feel its cool touch on your skin, a lingering reminder of your journey. Take a moment to appreciate the experience, the serenity of the river, and the rejuvenation it has provided you……

In the distance, the fragrance of blooming flowers wafts through the air, an unfamiliar yet captivating scent that enchants your senses. The scent seems to fill your chest, and with every slow and deep breath you take, you immerse yourself deeper into it……..

As you slowly walk back to the river bank, notice, twilight is descending slowly onto the horizon. You find a beautifully crafted wooden lounge chair. Lie down on the chair and let your body sink in the chair. Your hands resting gently on its armrests, you feel a sense of calmness spreading through you. Your body seems to meld with the chair, you can almost sense yourself sinking into it…….

You see the deep blue-sky resting above your head. A vast expanse of clear blue stretches out, adorned with countless stars that twinkle like diamonds in the night. Let yourself become lost in this celestial display, feeling a profound connection with the universe….

With each passing moment, your body snuck into the chair, as if you’re transcending the boundaries of the physical world and entering a realm of pure imagination…..

In this serene state, allow your mind to wander freely. Imagine the most extraordinary scenarios, embrace the uniqueness of your thoughts, and revel in the beauty of your mind’s creations.

As you rest on this chair, you carry with you the tranquility of the river, the scent of the flowers, the touch of the fish, and the ethereal vastness of the night sky…..

You realize that your mind is as diverse and fascinating as the world around you, and in this moment, you’ve unlocked a sense of peace and wonder that will remain with you…..

As you rest on the chair, let the outside world start to disappear, any thought in your mind fades away. Fades away into the universe. Let them go. Let them fade away now. You don’t need them right now……

Now repeat these affirmations to yourself: “I am amazing,  wonderful, and powerful. I am a unique and incredible individual with the limitless power of the mind. Everything I say, everything I think, and everything I desire can become my reality.”…………

Repeat yourself, As I lay down each night, I find myself at ease and relaxed. A sense of calmness washes over me, and I am reassured that every new day holds another adventure. Even amidst challenges and things I may not favor, I embrace each day as a unique journey…..

Starting from this moment, as I prepare to sleep each night, tranquility envelops my mind and body. I slip into slumber with a serene heart, reminiscent of the peaceful sleep I experienced as a baby—so calm, so relaxed, so profoundly content…….

My sleep is deep and fulfilling. I rest soundly, knowing that with each passing day, I am embarking on a path of deeper living. Over time, wisdom fills my life, and I allow myself to slumber just like a contented baby, secure and serene. My nights are restful, my mornings are filled with anticipation—a rush of energy and underlying joy that motivates me to rise from bed and embrace the day……..

I am revitalized, strong, and healthy. My nights are peaceful, allowing me to awaken with the knowledge that as life unfolds, I will cherish it more deeply……

With every passing day, I grow more attuned to the beauty, mystery, and wonders that surround me. The universe’s incredible nature and the marvels of life become increasingly apparent as I mature and gain a deeper understanding of existence……….

Repeat yourself, when I sleep at night, my mind will naturally release and let go of any thoughts or programming that might hinder my ability to rest. Anything that might be preventing me from enjoying a deep, thorough, and peaceful sleep each and every night will be gently released in the form of early morning dreams….……

Now, draw your attention back to your physical body, in a moment I am going to count from 0 to 5, when I reach 5 you will be able to open your eyes and come to a fully alert and awake state. You will feel completely relaxed, calm, and at ease………….

Slowly starting to come up now. Feeling good. 0…….1…you’re beginning to come back…2…feel the energy start flowing through your body…3… you are more alert of the sound around you, 4…. fully coming back, and 5… eyes open, feeling relaxed, calm, and refreshed.
